Trek Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech – Imlil – Berber Villages – Armed Village

Your adventure begins with a morning pickup at 9:00 AM from your accommodation in Marrakech. Enjoy a scenic drive to Imlil (1,740 m), the gateway to the Atlas Mountains, where you’ll meet your experienced local mountain guide.

Start your gentle hike during your 2 Days Family Trek in Imlil Atlas Mountains through picturesque Amazigh villages such as Aremd and along trails overlooking the stunning Atlas Valley. This route is ideal for families, offering easy paths, fresh mountain air, and incredible views.

Midday, enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch with panoramic mountain scenery, perfect for kids and adults alike. After lunch, continue walking through traditional villages like Tagadirt and Ait Souka, where you’ll experience authentic Berber life.

In the afternoon, cross the scenic Tidli Pass panoramic (2,300 m) before arriving at Armed Village around 3:30–4:00 PM.

Unwind with a glass of traditional Moroccan mint tea while taking in spectacular terrace views of the valley.

Overnight in a comfortable Amazigh guesthouse, with a private room and beautiful mountain surroundings.

Day 2: Armed Village – Sidi Chamharouch – Imlil – Marrakech

After a relaxing breakfast at the guesthouse around 9:00 AM, continue your 2 Days Family Trek in Imlil Atlas Mountains deeper into the High Atlas Mountains.

Hike towards the spiritual site of Sidi Chamharouch, a unique and culturally significant stop along the trail. From here, continue ascending gently toward Tizi Izgarn (2,700 m), where you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the High Atlas peaks.

After enjoying the scenery, begin your descent back toward Imlil, passing through more charming Amazigh villages. Along the way, visit the refreshing Imlil waterfalls, a favorite stop for families.

Meet your driver in Imlil and transfer back to Marrakech, arriving at your accommodation around 5:00–5:30 PM.
